More about us
I received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from LaSalle University in Philadelphia.
When I'm not working, I enjoy yoga, working out, running, fine dining, craft beer, and traveling. I also love visiting different cities to watch the Phillies play and engage with the competition on a warm summer day.
My approach is unique, and my process is defined and deliberate. By nature, I'm an investigator and thrive on uncovering deep layers of a situation in order to understand it more clearly. I have the ability to go beyond what is being conveyed in a conversation and to hear things that others miss.
When I'm not engaged with work, I enjoy spending time with family, relishing any time in the forest, camping & hiking.
Contact me for an introductory conversation. The best relationships are built over time and I look forward to establishing one with you.
Matching the perfect candidate to their dream job, and building strong teams for our clients is extremely satisfying and although there is a continuous array of moving parts with recruiting, I love being able to apply my skills, candor, honesty and transparency to my day-to-day activities and interactions.
I am a lifelong resident of Westchester County in New York and enjoy camping, music, and working out with my husband and daughter. I am active and extremely health conscious and would love the opportunity to share some of my unique, stay-healthy techniques and practices with my new friends and business partners.
I received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of Oswego and an MBA from Le Moyne College. I am a certified Senior Human Resources Professional and a certified Executive Coach.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time in the Adirondack Mountains with family and friends, boating, kayaking and taking long walks in the woods with our springer spaniel, Lucy.
My core values of integrity, transparency, trustworthiness, accountability, humility, and empathy guide me in all that I do, both personally and professionally. As my client, you have my commitment to always honor and demonstrate these values in our partnership.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family, running, crafting one of a kind tables and cabinetry from reclaimed wood, watching the Washington Nationals, and touring craft breweries with my wife Angie in search of the next great IPA. I’m a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and I'm advancing my education at The George Washington University.

I love recruiting because building relationships offers something new and different every single day which, quite frankly…it’s great fun! At the same time, it is also extremely rewarding and fulfilling to see the result of my work culminate with an accepted offer bringing candidates, employers and teams together in exhilarating fashion. There is truly nothing better than happy clients and candidates.
I enjoy working from the Great Pacific Northwest because I am a connoisseur of God’s beauty. Having spent time in nearly every state in the United States I deliberately selected the far northwest corner of our magnificent country for its snow-capped mountains, salt water bays, pristine lakes, soaring eagles, trumpeter swans, pastoral dairy farms, and raspberry, blueberry and strawberry farms. I live in a little piece of paradise.
